Name of Post : Programme Directors (A) & (B) 

• Salary : Consolidated Rs. 1,09,000/- per month for Programme Director A & Rs. 101,000/- per month for Programme Director B
• Age Limit : 55 years for Programme Director A & 50 years for Programme Director B (Age as on closing date of the receipt of applications) (Relaxable as per Govt. of India rules)

Qualifications and Experience (Post Qualification) for Programme Director “A” 
a) Essential

• Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent, from a reputed university with consistent academic record of First Class or equivalent from Graduate Degree onwards.
• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in academia, R&D, R&D Management in ICTE at reputed institutions, of which, at least 5 years of experience in leading R&D teams/Organizations.
• The applicant should be in the active employment of a reputed organization.

b) Desirable

• Proven background in R&D administration, guiding research and development.
• Well recognized in research/teaching/R&D Management.
• Experience in leadership and management of research teams.
• Demonstrative and proven abilities in team building and networking.
• Experience in national and international level collaborative activities,
• including creating networks of research groups and organizations.
• Experience in managing technology development, deployment and transfer.
• Proven research experience with national and international research publications and patents.
• 5 years of experience in areas related to focus area.
• Technology development and transfer and familiarity with academic and/or research eco-systems.
• Should have a very strong and preferably an ongoing research record.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, initiative and
• commitment.

Name of Post : Head, Government Initiatives

• Salary : Consolidated Rs. 92,000/- per month

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent with First Class or equivalent at Graduate Level onwards
• At least 13 years’ of experience in working with the central/state governments.
• Alternatively, the candidate may have an equivalent understanding through exceptional work experience.
• Additionally, he should have good understanding of the workings of Government Departments with special reference to science and technology programme, their planning and coordination.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and initiative & commitment

Name of Post : Head, Measurements and Evaluation

• Salary : Consolidated Rs. 92,000/- per month

a) Essential

• Understanding of the problems faced by academic and research institutions, how they can improve their quality and ideas about necessary programs.

b) Desirable

• Ph.D in Education or econometrics or Masters degree/Ph.D in management or related fields
• Experience in evaluation of research projects/organisations.

Name of Post : Sr. Scientific Officers/Scientific Officers

• Salary : Consolidated Rs. 55,000/- per month for Sr. Scientific Officers & Rs. 46,500/- per month for Scientific Officers
• Age Limit : 35 years for Sr. Scientific Officers and 30 years for Scientific Officers (Age as on closing date of the receipt of applications) (Relaxable as per Govt. of India rules)

Qualifications and Experience (post qualification) for Sr. Scientific Officer

• The candidate should be a Ph.D in a field closely associated with the focus area with consistent academic record of First Class or equivalent from Graduate Level onwards OR
• 1st Class M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Technology or Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent with consistent academic record of First Class from Graduate Level or equivalent and with 3 years’ of post qualification experience; OR
• 1st Class M.Sc. Degree in IT/Electronics/Computer Science/Physics (with Electronics Specialization) or 1st class B. Tech. Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent degrees, with a minimum of 5 years’ of post qualification experience in both the cases
• Experience related to the focus area will be an advantage and is desirable.

Qualifications and Experience (post qualification) for Scientific Officer

• M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Technology or Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent with First Class or equivalent at Graduate Level onwards ; OR
• M.Sc. Degree in IT/Electronics/Computer Science/Physics (with Electronics Specialization) or B. Tech. Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent degrees,with First Class or equivalent at Graduate Level onwards with a minimum of 2 years’ of post qualification experience

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration or Humanities or Arts or a Graduate with Degree in Law/Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary or ICWA or equivalent with First Class or equivalent at Graduate Level onwards and with 7 years’ of post qualification experience OR
• Graduate with a full time MBA Degree with First Class or equivalent at Graduate Level onwards and with 9 years of post qualification experience.
• 4 years of experience should cover many or all of the following areas : accounting practices, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions in government, semi-government, educational institution or industry, dealing with routine and non-routine financial activities, general administration, public relations.
• Conversant with usage of computer and familiarity with software packages for administrative and financial management.
• Proficient in English with good drafting skills and communication abilities (written and spoken).
• Well versed in foreign exchange rules.
• Good knowledge of personnel policy/rules and regulations with respect to recruitment and promotions in government system.
• Ability to guide and lead a team.
