3. Scale of Pay :- For both (1) and (2) 6596160-7620-ER210-9510-290-12700/- Pm,

Application duly filled in should be accompanied with 2 (two) a recent passport size photograph, educational certificates, Tribe Certificate, Birth Certificate, duly attested by a Gazette Ofiw and self – Addressed stamped envelope of 5″ x 10″ with complete address and Pin code on the envelope should be enclosed along with the application. Treasury Challan of ?do/- (forty) only as application fkes in respect of general candidates and half of
the anaount i.e. SO/- for Sc /ST/ Other Tribes deposited under the head of aocomt “0070-
OAS-Other Services-$00-Other Receipts (06)-application fees”. A CourE fee stamp will
also b accepted in lieu of Treasury Wlan where no Challan form is available. Incomplete
application received after the closing date will be summarily rejected.
